My name is Tiffany Pearl, and I am honored to serve as the Executive Director of OASIS. For the past 11 years, I have had the privilege of working alongside this organization, witnessing firsthand the strength and resilience of the individuals and families we serve. This work is not just my profession—it is deeply personal to me.

Our Mission in Action

 

At OASIS, we are committed to providing safety, support, and advocacy to those affected by domestic violence. Our services include:

 

• Emergency shelter

• Transitional housing

• 24-hour crisis line

• Court advocacy and accompaniment

• Safety planning

• Individualized support services

• Group and community education

 

Our approach is grounded in trauma-informed care, ensuring that every person who comes through our doors is met with compassion, dignity, and respect.

The Impact We’re Making—Together

 

In the last fiscal year, we proudly served 952 victims of domestic violence. This impact is only possible because of the unwavering support from our community and the extraordinary dedication of our staff.

 

I am continually inspired by the work of our staff. They meet individuals and families in some of the most difficult moments of their lives with empathy, respect, and care. Their dedication is at the core of everything we do, and it is through their efforts that OASIS is able to provide safety and support to our community.
